Codex Enterprise、access token とリモートアクセスを追加

OpenAI が ChatGPT Enterprise / Edu の Codex に access token とリモートアクセスを追加した。自動化向けの認証トークンと admin governance を含む。Codex がモバイル経由のリモート制御を全プランで先行展開した同じ週に、エンタープライズ向けの管理機能を揃えた形となる。
