OpenAI が Windows 上で Codex を動作させるための専用 sandbox の技術詳細を公開した。firewall ベースのネットワーク遮断とファイルアクセス制御を組み合わせ、ローカル実行時の安全境界を再設計した。4 月の CLI 版 computer use 拡張に続く Windows 環境向けの実装段階となる。
